Shiela was repeatedly told that she “had a temper” and was “too hot-headed” to get any job done properly. After years and years of using anger as a coping mechanism, Shiela didn’t know what to do. Luckily, Rita Bailey was able to help Shiela control her anger! Using Rita’s easy to implement anger management plan, Shiela is now exceling in her career, and is even trying to teach her parents some of the new techniques that have changed her life.
Bridget has problems trusting or being in a space alone with a man, and deals with deep seated anxiety issues. More than anything, Bridget wants peace of mind and to calm her ever anxious brain. When Bridget spoke to Rita, Rita told her that what happened to Bridget wasn’t her fault, and gave Bridget some strategies to calm her anxiety. Though it is slow going, with Rita’s guidance and support Bridget has been able to step out of her comfort zone more and more every day!
Cherise has trouble believing that anyone will stay, no matter what they say. Several times before, Cherise has broken up with a romantic partner just to destroy the relationship before she believes her partner will. Recognizing that this was a problem, Cherise asked Rita Bailey for help on becoming happy. With Rita’s strategies to success, Cherise has been able to hold on to a romantic relationship for her longest yet, and thinks this one might be the one!
Lucille would go on every date no matter if she liked the man or not. After a while, going on dates became more of a contest with herself to see how many she could get instead of an opportunity to connect with someone. When Lucille decided she wanted a serious boyfriend, she had no idea how to open up to a man. Rita worked with Lucille to develop a program and through a good amount of coaching, Lucille has been able to find true romantic happiness.
Gina had a lot of large questions such as “why am I here?” and “how do I know what I’m doing is right?” but didn’t feel comfortable in a traditional church setting. Gina wanted to pursue a larger quest on spirituality, but didn’t know where to start. She asked Rita Bailey for some guidance, and was surprised at how incredibly helpful Rita was. With Rita’s advice, Gina has been tackling some of those spiritual questions in relation to her own life, and has begun to feel more at peace.
